I just bought a 12inch air stone for my 29 gallon tank. It was like $3 at Walmart. What brand and model air pump should I get? I don’t want to spend much so whatever does the trick! Thanks!

I just put together a small aquarium for my gold fish and it all works great except the air pump is so loud! And it’s not the vibration against the table that’s causing it because it’s just as loud when I hold it in my hand. Anybody know if it’s supposed to be that loud? And what to do about it?
