MKIV GTI VR6 12V OR 24V? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!?

I want to get a GTI VR6. I either want a 2001 12V or a 2002 24V. I have things I want to do to my car, i just don’t know which would be faster when finished. So with the following parts, which car would be faster, quicker, better?

Exhaust
Cold Air Intake
Chip
Cams
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
Stage Three Clutch
Lightweight Flywheel
Battery
Crank Pulleys
Catalaytic Converter
Engine Mounts
Short Shifter
Shift Bushings
Exhaust Hangers
Fuel Pump
Fuel Injectors
Adjustable Cam Gear

Front Sway Bar
Rear Sway Bar
Front Upper Strut Bar
Rear Stress Bar
Suspention Springs
Rims
Performance Tires

Unsure about these:

Valve Springs
Intake Manifold
Filters
Piston Rings, Rods/Forged Pistons???
Polished and Ported Heads

Tune

I don’t really want to know what i should get and not get on this list. Basically if i did every single thing listed would the 12v or 24v be faster?

Thank You

I would say the 24V would be quicker ( it ‘breathes’ more efficiently than 12V), giving a few more hp.
Wish I had your$$$ !! I’d mod my 2006 GTI a bit. Its the best car I’ve owned, but a few more hp would be nice…..
    Hope you get yours soon…..

had a 03 vr6 24v 6-speed, black on black, that car was insanely fast. stuck to the highway quite nicely at 240km/h (wouldn’t let a crotch rocket pass me he he) loved that car. brought a smile to my face every time i walked out and saw it.I really miss that car, sold it and replaced it with a saturn astra xr nice car but its not the same. its lame. get the 24v they came in the cars produced in the later half of 2002 to 2004.

The 12v is only 172 hp and 184 ft/lbs. of torque, the 24v is 200hp and 195 ft/lbs. of torque. either one can be modified pretty easily, but if forced induction is used you will want to go with the 24v. The 12v does well with natural aspiration but when you turbo/supercharge it, it does not do as well. I have owned both and tuned both. If you are going to spend the cash on tuning it get the 24v.
